Can I order online and pick up in the store?
We are not able to arrange pick up from the store due to the fact that we ship from multiple warehouses and your order may not be available from the store location.
What is the return policy?
Our return policy, for both in-store and online purchases, is available on our Returns page.
Can I return my online purchase in-store?
Due to the fact that online purchases are run through a different payment processing system than in-store purchases, we cannot offer full refunds when online purchases are returned in the store location. We can however offer exchanges and in-store credit for online purchases returned in-store within 30 days of purchase. Please note that current selling store prices will be applied for exchanges.
Did my order go through?
You will receive an email confirming your order has been sent through for processing. If you have not received that confirmation email your order was not successfully placed.
Can I use my store credit for an online purchase?
Unfortunately we are not yet set up to accept San Tropez gift cards and in-store credits for online purchases.
Is my credit card information safe to purchase on the website?
Your information is absolutely safe and secure. San Tropez is PCI compliant and we use the secure, industry-certified processing services of Shopify Payments for our processing gateway.
If you are generally uncomfortable entering your credit card online you can always call our helpful sales associates to complete your transaction over the phone. To make it even easier you can add to your cart all the products you want and email the cart to us from the check out page. This way our staff can see exactly what you want to order. When will my order ship out?
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday) and generally ship out in 1-7 business days depending on the season and availability of all the items in the order. If there will be a delay beyond 7 business days, San Tropez will contact you by email with details.
Where does my order ship from?
Our main warehouse is in Ile Perrot, Quebec, however orders ship from multiple locations across Canada. Your items may arrive in multiple deliveries for this reason. In the event that items from your order are shipping from different locations and therefore arriving separately, you will be advised by email.
How much is shipping?
Shipping Options – At checkout you will be able to select Canada Post Expedited, Xpresspost or Priority Shipping. The shipping rates are based upon the weight of the package ( i.e how many items you are purchasing) and the distance the package is traveling. Please note that shipping speed does not include time processing and handling of the order.
San Tropez offers a flat rate shipping of $27.00 to any location in the continental USA.
FREE SHIPPING ACROSS CANADA – Place an online order of $99 or more (before taxes) and shipping is free.
The shipping rates above apply to orders being shipped complete.
How will my order ship?
We ship using Canada Post.
How long does my order take to reach me?
The shipping speeds and rates are automatically calculated at checkout. These speeds do not include the 1-7 business days processing time. Some products have longer processing times that will be listed in the description of the product. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email that includes a link where you can track the progress of your order.
For our US customers, we have no control over how long it will take because of the order having to go through Canada customs. You will be able to track your package through Canada Post and USPS.
Do I have to be home to receive my order?
No. Canada post will leave your package at your door.
Has my order shipped?
You will be advised by email once your order has shipped. Included in that email will be your tracking number so that you may monitor the progress of your package online at canadapost.ca if you so choose.
Are the prices online and in-store the same?
The prices may vary between on-line and in-store. Promotions offered in store may not be valid online and vice versa.
What if I cannot find what I am looking for?
